After the iPhone reveal, Apple released some related accessories, including a USB-C to Lightning adapter and a one-meter Thunderbolt 4 Pro cable. In addition, Apple also has a new one 1 meter 60W USB-C charging cable It is a 2m 240W USB-C charging cabledesigned to charge iPhone 15, iPad and Mac models.
Apple is promoting the new braided charging cable with USB-C connectors on both ends as “ideal for charging, syncing and transferring data between USB-C devices.” It supports charging with up to 60 watts or up to 240 watts and transfers data at USB 2 speeds.
Compatible with all iPhone 15 models and the latest iPad and Mac models, the cable can be paired with a compatible USB-C power adapter to charge devices from a wall outlet and take advantage of fast charging features.

The standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus have a USB-C port, but wired data transfers are limited to USB 2.0 speeds of up to 480 Mbps, which is the same as the Lightning port on previous iPhones.
The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max also have a USB-C port, but these devices support USB 3 data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbps via cable. That’s why Apple made the cable available Thunderbolt 4 Pro already exists in a dimension of less than one meter (79€).
