Vivo presented the first smartphone in the V30 series: this is V30 Lite. In fact, the nomenclature of this range is not very easy to follow, as all previous devices were given with odd numbers (V25, V27, V29, etc.) and now an even number is added, perhaps to indicate an evolution from the past.
But let’s take a look at the specifications: The vivo V30 Lite is powered byto the Snapdragon 695 processor and has 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. FuntouchOS 13 based on Android 13 will be used as the operating system. It will then present a 6.67″ AMOLED E4 screen with 120 Hz refresh rate and FullHD+ resolution, a maximum brightness of 1,150 nits and a 4,800 mAh battery with 44W charging.
The smartphone is equipped with four cameras: 64 MP main camera (with OIS), 8 MP ultra-wide angle, 2 MP depth sensor and 50 MP front camera. The rear lenses are flanked by a circular flash called Aura Light.
Other interesting features of the vivo V30 Lite include an in-display fingerprint scanner, IP54 certification for water and dust protection, NFC and 5G connectivity. The smartphone will be available in two colors: Black Forest and Rose Gold. It is currently available in Mexico for 8,999 MXN (€480). However, availability in other markets has yet to be confirmed.
