WhatsApp has also introduced the “View Once” feature for voice messages.
To add an extra layer of privacy to messages, WhatsApp introduced in 2021 Watch once for photos and videos. You can ship from today Voice messages that are no longer visible after listening.
When sharing sensitive information via voice message, such as reading your credit card information to a friend, you can now do so more securely. As is the case with one-time viewable photos and videos, one-time viewable voice messages are also marked with an icon that says “Only once.”
As with all other personal messages, WhatsApp protects voice messages with the End-to-end encryption by default e Watch once provides an additional level of protection
The feature is in the rollout phase and will be available to everyone in the coming weeks.
