Chinese manufacturers are preparing to launch their next foldable smartphones and in particular those from OPPO, HONOR and Xiaomi will support wireless charging.
Previous leaks have indicated that the HONOR Magic V2 and Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 will offer wireless charging, and now a Chinese whistleblower has revealed the same. OPPO Find N3 provides support for wireless charging.
In line with previous reports, the tipster claims that the OPPO Find N3 would feature a circular island housing the rear camera sensors, similar to the OPPO Find X6 series.
According to the leak, the OPPO Find N3 should do well in terms of design, display and battery life, and the device should also offer an excellent photo experience.
Previous reports have suggested that the rear camera is likely to feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main sensor, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 32-megapixel periscope telephoto lens.
Other expected specs include an external 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an internal 8-inch 2K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
In addition to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, there would be 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, and a 4,805mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Meanwhile, OnePlus is expected to announce the OnePlus Fold foldable smartphone to the global market in August. The device is expected to launch as a rebrand of OPPO Find N3, which will remain exclusive to the Chinese market. Therefore, OnePlus Fold could support wireless charging and all version specifications housewife.
