POCO F5 and POCO F5 Pro in introductory offer on Amazon
POCO F5 and F5 Pro are two products that have only part of the technical sheet in common and are very different from a design point of view. Both are essentially the global version of the devices that have been sold in China for some time, namely Redmi Note 12 Turbo and Redmi K60, from which they inherit both technical specifications and aesthetic appearance.
SMALL F5 Pro It is the more powerful model of the two, as the name suggests: the Qualcomm SoC is on board Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 at 4 nm, flanked by 8 or 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 or 512 GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The display has an AMOLED resolution of 6.67 inches WQHD+Refresh rate up to 120 Hz, Gorilla Glass 5 and integrated fingerprint reader, while the photographic section consists of four sensors: on the back there is the triple camera of 64 MP main sensor with OIS, ultra wide-angle 8 MP and 2 MP macro sensor, while on the front a 16 MP camera is integrated through a hole in the screen.
There is no shortage of dual SIM 5G connectivity, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, infrared, USB Type-C port, dual speakers and IP53 certification . The battery has a capacity of 5160 mAh and supports 67 W fast wired charging and 30 W wireless charging.
SMALL F5 It also offers a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and Gorilla Glass 5 glass, but in this case with resolution FullHD+ and without an integrated fingerprint reader (which is on the side). His heart is always with Qualcomm, but it’s one Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 at 4 nm, flanked by 8 or 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. On board we find a triple camera with 64 MP main sensor with OIS, 8 MP ultra wide angle sensor and 2 MP macro sensor, as well as a 16 MP front camera (with hole in the screen). In terms of connectivity, it offers everything that the Pro model offers, in addition to the 3.5mm audio jack. The battery has a capacity of 5,000 mAh and supports wired fast charging with 67 W.
Both POCO smartphones are offered with MIUI 14 for POCO, a version of the operating system that has been adapted in some elements compared to the “classic” MIUI, to differentiate it from that of Xiaomi products.
