Huawei presented its new flagship P60 Pro in Munich [scheda tecnica qui]. The smartphone, which inherits the DNA of the previous Huawei P series devices, proves to be “premium” in all respects: from design to advanced functions.
The main objective of the device is to be a reference point for intelligent photography: and this with an excellent imaging compartment, equipped with an Ultra-Lighting telephoto lens with seven lenses, five of which are sliding to better manage the focal length.
design and displays
Huawei P60 Pro offers one 6.67 inch AMOLED LTPO display with a resolution of 1,220 x 2,700 pixels (and a density of 444 ppi) and a dynamic refresh rate of 1 to 120 Hz. The four sides are slightly curved, while the four edges of the screen are more rounded. Protection is provided by the tough Kunlun glass, which is up to 10 times stronger than regular glass.
Huawei has chosen a sophisticated design inspired by nature for its top model. A concept that is particularly reflected in the color scheme Rococo pearl Which uses the industry’s first Pearl Texture design, which contains natural mineral pearl powder on the back of the smartphone to create a bright and shiny effect, creating a unique natural texture like mother-of-pearl.
The cameras of the Huawei P60 Pro
The smartphone offers three camerasgathered in a vertical island on the back of the device: there’s a 48-megapixel main lens (f/1.4-f/4.0, 25mm equivalent), a 13-megapixel ultrawide sensor (f/2.2) and a 48-megapixel sensor (f/2.2). /2.1, 90mm equivalent) with 3.5x optical zoom.
The jewel is undoubtedly represented by Ultra Lighting main camera Equipped with an adjustable physical aperture of F1.4-F4.0 (therefore with real aperture), a group of lenses with high light transmission and a SuperSensing RYYB sensor, ideal for night photography.
Also new for the telephoto lens is Ultra-Lighting night vision optics with an f/2.1 aperture, the largest in the industry for a periscope camera.
The optical scheme allows you to take particularly bright shots, even at night, thanks to the amount of light that the lens can capture and the ability to recover details in a very realistic way.
There is no mode supermoonto photograph the moon while preserving the details of the objects in the center of the scene.
On the video front, the Huawei phone can record in 4K at 30 or 60 fps, or in 1080p at 30/60 fps and 1080p at 960 fps.
Finally, the device is equipped with a 13-megapixel selfie cam.
The Huawei P60 Pro is powered by the reliable and historic EMUI interface, here in its latest version (13.1). Over time, this software has been continuously improved to enhance the experience of smartphone use and enriched with particularly entertaining technological gems: here, for example, this 3D weather always on displaywhich displays the weather conditions with 3D effects and sends dynamic notifications about weather changes.
The camera interface is also introducing Camera zoom ringwhich not only makes shooting a more intuitive experience, but also makes zooming more precise and functional, with a design inspired by traditional camera lenses.
Even the P60 Pro model cannot count on Google services, instead integrating an increasingly complete app gallery from which you can download software that can replace the main Big G apps. Just to give an example, we have it downloaded OneDrive from Microsoft instead of google drive that Edge browser instead of Chrome, Blue mail to download any email account (alternatively there is always Microsoft Outlook) while finding it on the phone petal cards for navigation (which Google Maps has nothing to envy for the fluidity and completeness of the maps, coming from TomTom, among others), while for YouTube it is possible to connect easily on the desktop of the mobile version of the site .
