OnePlus launches a new mid-range smartphone OnePlus Nord N30 5G, a year after the release of the predecessor. Read below to learn more about the features and price. Note, however, that it will not be released in Italy. But there is a reason for that.
The OnePlus Nord N30 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM. It also has 128GB of onboard storage, which is expandable up to 1TB via microSD. The operating system is OxygenOS 13.1: OnePlus has already announced that the phone will only receive one major update, but still guarantees 3 years of security patches.
The OnePlus Nord N30 5G features a 6.72″ FullHD+ 120Hz LCD display with a central hole for the 16MP selfie camera. On the rear is a 108-megapixel main camera with 3x zoom, flanked by a 2-megapixel macro and 2-megapixel depth camera. The smartphone also has a thickness of 8.3mm and weighs 195g.
The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC support. There will also be a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C, stereo speakers and a side fingerprint reader.
The OnePlus Nord N30 5G is available in Pastel Lime and Chromatic Gray color options, priced at €280. However, there is bad news: this model will only be available in the US. Because in reality it is a slightly modified version of the Nord CE 3 Lite that was already released in Italy. It’s a pity that our version costs more despite very similar characteristics: 320 euros. Not too high a value, but a price increase nonetheless
